More images from the destination wedding we had the privilege of photographing recently. The wedding took place in beautiful Siesta Key beach, which is located south of Tampa Bay and close to Sarasota, Florida. Everyone had flown down from Pennsylvania and was enjoying our great beaches and sunshine. Surprisingly enough, it was actually cooler in Florida than in the Northeast, where the entire region was enduring a hotter than normal summer and some sweltering heat. Early in the afternoon it was very hot, but luckily soon after the ceremony, the clouds rolled in and after some light rain, really cooled things off nicely and made for a very pleasant afternoon/evening.
As experienced Tampa wedding photographers we really enjoy photographing beach weddings. Siesta Key in particular offers lots of great locations. Beautiful sand dunes, boardwalks and the gorgeous beach and Gulf of Mexico make for some really great photo opportunities. Below are just a few of our favorite images from this beautiful and fun wedding.

Some more images from recent wedding we photographed in Trinity, Florida. The wedding took place at the Seven Springs Golf and Country Club and offered some amazing scenery to photograph in. This series showcases some of the many beautiful locations. We also loved all of the little details from this wedding! After all, it is the little details that add up to make a great wedding. The rings, the cake, the beautiful dress, and of course, great hair and makeup!
For the ring shots, I remembered how the bride had always talked about wanting a fairy tale style wedding, where the princess marries the handsome prince. When we saw some beautiful old books and one started with the word “LEGEND”, I knew that I wanted to photograph the rings next to it! Really love the way the texture of the book covers look in the final image! It was hard to pick which images to display, but in the end we settled on these. Sneak Peek!! Some pictures from a recent destination wedding we photographed in Siesta Key beach, which is located just south of Sarasota, Florida. The bride and groom flew down from Pennsylvania to get married in sunny Florida. The day started off very hot but some clouds rolled in and kept the temperatures very comfortable for the rest of the day. We had a great time on the beach. The following are more images from the stunning wedding we photographed at the Southern Hills Plantation Club located in Brooksville, Florida. Prior to the wedding, we already knew we were going to have an amazing time. We had already photographed Jason and Lindsay for their engagement session, so we knew there were a lot of fun and were open to lots of creative ideas from us. Probably our favorite part of the day was when the bride and groom agreed to grab a golf cart to head out to an awesome part of the golf course to photograph some amazing shots that we had pre-visualized when we scouted the venue a few weeks before. The wind blowing past us cooled everyone down before and after we took the photos on the golf course.
We had so much fun, we almost forgot that it was almost 100 degrees on that afternoon. As experienced Tampa wedding photographers we know how hot and humid it can get in the summer, so we are always prepared with great ideas and work quickly. After we got the great shots that we had envisioned, we then drove back to the clubhouse and headed back indoors for some much needed air conditioning. The rest of the night was a blast, as everyone danced the night away to the great music provided by Grant Hemond & Associates!

Every girl dreams of a day like this one. There is magic in the air and everyone is so happy to see the princess getting married to her prince. We love to capture these precious moments of joy and anticipation. In these images, you can really see how happy they both were and what a beautiful couple they make. It was such an honor to be able to share in this special day and to watch this fairy tale come to life. We wish Michele and Shawn a lifetime of happiness!
We just photographed an incredibly romantic and beautiful wedding at the Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville. The following is a sneak peek of some of the beautiful images that we captured for Jason and Lindsay. We hope that they are enjoying their honeymoon trip to the Dominican Republic!
