The following is a video of the beautiful wedding of Yanelis and Miguel. The bride and groom got ready at the gorgeous Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina located in the Channel side District of Tampa, Florida. This hotel has an amazing interior with a second floor walkway that we love for group pictures. We also took advantage of the marina next door to take some beautiful images of the bride and her bridesmaids.
The ceremony took place at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tampa. This was such a beautiful church, with a lot of great character and a gorgeous altar. The ceremony was done in English and Spanish and the priest was wonderful. Even though I couldn’t understand all of the Spanish parts, the priest was very expressive and you could really feel all of the power and emotion of this special wedding.
The reception took place at the A La Carte Event Pavilion, also located in Tampa. As experienced Tampa wedding photographers, one of the things we will remember the most about this wedding is the amount of emotion we saw throughout the day. So many tears of joy and lots and lots of fun at the reception. You can see the emotion during the first dances and the toast. And then you can see how much fun everyone had during the dancing and the “Hora Loca”. This wedding pretty much sums up why we love our jobs so much. It allows us to capture so many precious moments for our couples; that will then become a wonderful family treasure!
