University of Tampa Engagement Session | Tampa engagement session | Downtown Tampa engagements

We had so much fun doing this Tampa engagement session. First of all the couple is super nice and easy going. Oh and they are soooo in love with each other. That in itself makes our job so much easier. We had a wonderful time walking around the UT campus and taking photos of them. Both of them were so easy to work with and were naturals in front of the camera. Sometimes guys have a harder time that girls when it comes time for photos. Jeff was totally at ease in front of the camera and we jokingly kept asking him if he had modeled for magazines before! Chelsea was great too. She too was very comfortable in front of the camera and brought lots of cute little props that really helped personalize the session even more for them.

When we first arrived, we were worried that we may have to shoot entirely indoors because a light rain was starting to sprinkle down but within 5 minutes of starting, the rain moved elsewhere and we were able to do lots of pictures indoors and outdoors. The light rain earlier in the day actually did provide us with some nice puddles which created some beautiful reflections. All in all, we had a ton of fun and captured some great images for this awesome couple! We can’t wait to see them again on their wedding day!.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay wedding | Tampa wedding photographers

We recently had the honor of photographing Missy and Johns beautiful wedding at Armani’s in Tampa. Armani’s is a very well-known restaurant located on the top floor of the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel. Armani’s offers incredibly delicious food [you must try their Antipasto Misto bar which has an mouthwatering selection of imported cheeses and cured meats] and it also offers some of the best waterfront views and sunsets in all of Tampa Bay.

A Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay wedding is going to be beautiful. The hotel boasts so many great locations for beautiful photos and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Regardless of what the weather is like, there are lots of locations that will provide some very elegant and beautiful backdrops for your wedding day pictures. This video slideshow contains many of our favorite moments from this beautiful [and FUN!] wedding.

Downtown Tampa engagement session | Tampa wedding photographers

This is a great Downtown Tampa engagement session we photographed recently. We had so much fun at several different locations throughout the downtown Tampa area.   This couple has an amazing personality and are constantly smiling [which makes our jobs easy]!  They were up for any ideas we came up with and the entire session was so much fun.

We started off near the Tampa Museum of Art where we photographed the above image.  We headed over to Curtis Hixon Park where we did some fun pictures on the lawn and then the couple quickly changed into Miami Dolphins jerseys [they are huge fans] and we took some fun [and romantic] pictures of them in Dolphins gear. Afterwards, they changed into their last outfit pairings and we walked over to the Tampa Theater for some pictures there.  Later we walked a few blocks further and found an amazing abandoned building which made for a dramatic backdrop for some of their images.  We experimented with some different angles [one had us lying on the ground shooting through the grass] and we really love how those turned out.  We had such a fun time and can’t wait until we get to photograph their wedding.

Video | Feather Sound Golf and Country Club wedding | Clearwater wedding photographers

The following are just a few of our favorite images from the recent wedding of Melissa and Cody. This Feather Sound Golf and Country Club wedding was such an amazing and fun wedding!! People literally flew in from all parts of the globe [Canada and Australia to name a few] to be a part of this very special event. As you can see, the bride looked amazing and looked like a movie star on her very special day. The groom looked dashingly handsome as well and he was glowing with happiness when he first saw his beautiful bride walking down the aisle. Looking at Melissa and Cody, you could really see how much love this couple has for each other.

After the ceremony, we went outside and took a lot of beautiful images of the family, bridal party and finally of the newly married couple. Although they have never modeled before, they look like the belong on the cover of a magazine on most of their pictures! The entire day was full of laughter too and everyone was having a lot of fun celebrating with the bride and groom. After many hours of dancing and partying, the reception ended with a sparkler sendoff to the newly married couple. We had so much fun with Cody and Melissa on their engagement session and most recently at their wedding. We look forward to being able to photograph many more of their future important life events. We wish Melissa and Cody a lifetime of married bliss!!

Bayanihan Arts & Events Center wedding | Tampa wedding photographers

The images in this blog are of a Bayanihan Arts & Events Center wedding. All images by Tampa wedding photographer Eva Photo Studio. The Bayanihan Arts & Events Center is conveniently located near Westchase and is an excellent location for a wedding. The interior was decorated all over in lovely white drapes and the ballroom was very elegant. As Tampa wedding photographers, we definitely enjoyed getting the opportunity to photograph at yet another very beautiful venue and can’t wait to do another wedding there soon.
