Siesta Key beach wedding | Sarasota wedding photographer
Lauren and Jonathan got married on beautiful Siesta Key. They rented a wonderful beach house that was right on the beach. You open the back door and you are have the beach right there in front of you! Lots of family and friends flew in from around the country, many of them from areas buried in snow. Everyone was treated to fastastic weather. You just cannot beat Florida weather in February and March! Beautiful sunny skies and a beach with soft white sand instead of white snow? Yeah…..this is like paradise! If you live in Sarasota or plan to have a destination wedding, we highly recommend Siesta Key. Hard to beat this location as a romantic backdrop for a beach wedding.
As experienced Tampa wedding photographers, we love weddings and the joy that surrounds them. We also love looking for all of the unique touches that each bride incorporates into her special day. Lauren worked really hard to plan this wedding and it showed. Lots of wonderful details everywhere and lots of fun activities that were worked into the wedding. Of course with this being a beach wedding, there were lots of sea shells and starfish to set the theme. We also loved the little doggie in his little tux and the beautiful flowers and rose petals everywhere. Everyone was treated to a gorgeous sunset. We got beautiful pictures at sunset and just love all of the unique colors that you can see once the sun comes down. Jonathan also wanted some pictures with his baby (the Ford Mustang), so we drove the car up next to the beach and did some pictures next to his car. Lauren also incorporated some really fun activities into the wedding day. After the sun had set and the night had arrived, everyone lit chinese lanterns and sent them off into the night sky. Very pretty to see them floating away into the distance. Everyone also had a lot of fun playing with the sparklers too! This was a very fun wedding with a lovely couple that we know are destined for a lifetime of married bliss together.

These are some of our favorite images from the recent wedding we photographed in a private ranch in Brooksville. Peggy and Nicholas have such a wonderful personality and from the very first meeting, we knew that we were going to have a great time with them. We really appreciated how much they wanted us to be their wedding photographers and the fact that they really made a big effort to ensure we had plenty of time to do photography at many of the great scenic locations found throughout the ranch they chose as their wedding venue.
As experienced Tampa wedding photographers, we photograph at so many wonderful venues around the Tampa Bay region. We love the variety of scenery that they all offer. As nature lovers, we really enjoy when we get to photograph outdoors. As animal lovers, this wedding had us overjoyed! Not only were we photographing in a gorgeous outdoor location, but we also got to photograph with horses! We had an amazing time capturing lots of the many precious moments that made up this beautiful wedding.

This is a video of some of our favorite images from this great wedding that we recently photographed at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel. The hotel is located in the Channelside district just east of downtown Tampa. It is such a great location for weddings. With amazing waterfront views and a luxurious interior with lots of great locations for some really cool photos.
Suzette and Scott are such a beautiful couple. We had a lot of fun sharing in this special day with them. Suzette was completely radiant with excitement on her wedding day. Surrounded by family and friends, she just radiated with happiness. Scott was a lot of fun and really infused this special day with lots of special touches. The thoughtful touches ranged from his handwritten wedding vows, to the memorial roses to remember those loved ones during this special day. This wedding also had lots of beautiful details, from the gorgeous flowers that were showcased at every table at the reception, the beautiful color scheme and uplighting, to the amazing wedding cake; each detail was a wonderful component that helped make this such a beautiful and amazing wedding day.

This was such a wonderful couple and we really enjoyed photographing their super fun engagement session in Ybor City and then their amazing fairy tale wedding. Even though they have moved to Miami, we look forward to getting the opportunity to work with them again in the future and capturing many more of their important life events.

We have been sooooo busy so far this season that we are just now posting images from the amazing wedding of Josie and Dennis. For those of you that visit our blog often, you may recall this beautiful couple from their Ybor City engagement session. They are such a fun couple and you can definitely see that they have a great chemistry together.
They got married at the Powel Crosley Estate, which is a gorgeous mansion located in Sarasota, Florida. This wedding was almost like a fairy tale come to life. It all started with the gorgeous spring day filled with blue sky and some gentle breezes blowing in from the Gulf of Mexico. The couple just radiated love and happiness as they said their “I DO’s” and that glow of love continued to shine through in the images we captured around the estate. You can just see it in the longing stares they would give to each other and the warm smiles that were constantly on their faces when they looked at each other. It was as if each of them couldn’t believe that this moment that they had dreamt about forever was finally here. As experienced Sarasota wedding photographers, these are the moments that make our jobs so satisfying. It is so wonderful to capture these magical moments and preserve these precious memories for a lifetime. We wish Josie and Dennis a lifetime of married bliss and look forward to capturing many more of their important life events in the future.

The following are some of our favorite images from the recent wedding of Madison and Danny. They got married at the River Hills Country Club which is located in Valrico,Florida. Being in Florida, we have some of the best weather on earth and outdoor weddings are very popular, especially in the spring and fall seasons. We had scouted this location prior to the wedding and were really excited by the outdoor location where the ceremony would take place.
Unfortunately on the day of the wedding, a storm front passed through the Tampa Bay area and rain started to fall early in the afternoon and the radar showed no signs of it stopping until early the next day. So the ceremony was moved indoors. The rain didn’t put a damper on anybody’s mood, and the bride and groom were very calm and in great moods. The ceremony was beautiful and the bride & groom were radiating with happiness and joy! And it was as if all that positive energy managed to radiate from within the venue and push the rain away, because just as the ceremony ended, the rain stopped!!! As experienced Tampa wedding photographers, we knew we couldn’t let this opportunity pass and we quickly got everyone outside and started with the group pictures in front of the venue where they had some beautiful flowers as a backdrop. When the rain still hadn’t returned when we finished the group pictures, we quickly went out to the golf course area and took lots of great pictures. Although the sky was overcast, we were getting some great shots and as long as the rain stayed away, we were all happy! But wait….it gets better!! Just before Madison and Danny were scheduled to go back inside and make their grand entrance to their reception, the clouds started to part and the sun started to shine through!!! Woo Hoo!!!!! We grabbed some awesome pictures with the sun and even with the rainbow that appeared as we walked back towards the clubhouse. What an amazing day full of wonderful little moments and memories that everyone will remember forever. We wish Madison and Danny a lifetime of happiness and married bliss!!
