Destination wedding | Siesta Key, Florida | Sarasota wedding photographer

Sneak Peek!! Some pictures from a recent destination wedding we photographed in Siesta Key beach, which is located just south of Sarasota, Florida. The bride and groom flew down from Pennsylvania to get married in sunny Florida. The day started off very hot but some clouds rolled in and kept the temperatures very comfortable for the rest of the day. We had a great time on the beach. We will post more pictures soon, so stay tuned!

Proud member of PPA and WPPI – Tampa wedding photographer

Even though we were recently recognized as one of the top 5% of wedding photographers, we continually strive to offer the highest quality images and best possible experience for our customers. To achieve that goal, Eva Photo Studio is a proud member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International). These associations provide a wealth of important information that help us stay up to date on all of the latest developments in the photography industry, particularly those that relate to wedding and portrait photography. We subscribe to some of the most influential magazines in the industry (Rangefinder, Professional Photographer). These magazines contain a lot of information on what other world famous photographers and photo studios are doing to provide an unforgettable client experience. Whatever we aren’t already doing, we try to incorporate into our own daily process.

An additional benefit of being a member of these professional associations is the opportunity to participate in their annual photography conventions. These conventions offer many classes that are given over the course of several days and range in topics from Marketing, Photoshop, Lighting techniques, album design and many others. These are a great opportunity to stay on the cutting edge of the latest tools and techniques that we can implement right away to improve the look of our images. These conventions also have trade shows where all of the best vendors in the industry display their latest products and offerings. From camera and lens manufacturers (Canon, Nikon, Sigma, Tamron, Sony), the best album manufacturers (GraphiStudio, Finao, PictoBooks), and the best photo labs in the nation (Black River Imaging, Bay Photo, H&H Color Lab, Nations Photo Lab), we are always impressed at the vast array of new and exciting products that they present every year. Being able to try out and examine all of the latest technology and products allows us to stay at the forefront of the industry. It can be expensive to fly out to Las Vegas for a week but we see this as an investment in the future and in our clients. All of this hard work and investment allows Eva Photo Studio to be one of the best Tampa wedding photographers and we will continue to push to get even better!

We have been very busy with a lot of Client meetings and booking many weddings for 2011 that we almost didn’t notice the fantastic news that arrived in out email inbox a few days ago. Engagement session – Czech Republic – www.evaphotostudio.com

While visiting family and friends in the Czech Republic, we were asked if we would like to photograph an engagement session for Tomas and Pavlina. Although we were on vacation, we had brought our equipment and were happy to be able to photograph this young couple. We spent an afternoon in and around the town of Znojmo, where we found some really great locations. We really enjoyed the opportunity to photograph in completely new surroundings and were very pleased that we were able to capture some great images for Tomas and Pavlina. We look forward to the day that they get married and hope that we will get a chance to photograph their wedding as well. What better excuse to book another trip to Europe?!

Erica and David – Hyatt Regency Sarasota wedding – Sarasota wedding photographer

We were honored that Erica and David selected us to photograph their beautiful wedding that they held at the Hyatt Regency in Sarasota. The ceremony was held outdoors at sunset. Erica and David were so much fun to work with. They were open to all of our ideas and we loved the way the pictures turned out. The first picture was a candid of a beautiful moment that they were sharing while hanging out in the hotel library.

This next picture turned out great. Had to climb on top of a tall table, but the end result was worth it. I just love the look on both of their faces!

This next picture was taken from the lobby looking down at the lower level lounge area. I love the color and shapes in the picture, as well as how lovingly Erica and David are looking at each other. It is moments like these that make photographing weddings such a pleasure.

We can’t wait to finish working with their pictures and deliver their package to them. We think they are going to love everything!
