These are just a few of our favorite images so far from the recent wedding at Casa Feliz. The wedding was magical! As experienced Orlando wedding photographers, we have photographed many other beautiful venues but Casa Feliz was very unique and a wonderful place to photograph. The venue is located in Winter Park [minutes from downtown Orlando] and is such a beautiful location and was decorated with so many beautiful details. Lots of antiques and elegant displays really helped make this wedding a very memorable event.
The bride and groom are wonderful people. We had great memories of them when we did their engagement session in downtown Tampa and had been looking forward to their wedding since then. Mandy was such a great bride. Very patient throughout the day. Even when some things didn’t go as planned [and really this is common at every wedding], she was steady as a rock and very easy to work with. She was also up for pretty much all of our photo ideas and even provided us with a great location for photographing the family photos after the ceremony which had a wonderful fountain and which provided us with some shade so that people didn’t have the bright sun in their eyes.
The wedding coordinator [Weddings In The City] and the staff at Casa Feliz were also wonderful to work with. Ashlie Robertson was all over the venue making sure that everything was perfectly set up and on time. She even helped gather everyone for the family portraits and called out names so that we could go through the family photos quickly and smoothly. The staff at Casa Feliz was also wonderful and very accommodating to all of our needs. They catered the food was unbelievably delicious. Some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding!
As you can see by the photos, the entire wedding was very beautiful and an unforgettable day!
University of Tampa Engagement Session | Tampa engagement session | Downtown Tampa engagements
We had so much fun doing this Tampa engagement session. First of all the couple is super nice and easy going. Oh and they are soooo in love with each other. That in itself makes our job so much easier. We had a wonderful time walking around the UT campus and taking photos of them. Both of them were so easy to work with and were naturals in front of the camera. Sometimes guys have a harder time that girls when it comes time for photos. Jeff was totally at ease in front of the camera and we jokingly kept asking him if he had modeled for magazines before! Chelsea was great too. She too was very comfortable in front of the camera and brought lots of cute little props that really helped personalize the session even more for them.
When we first arrived, we were worried that we may have to shoot entirely indoors because a light rain was starting to sprinkle down but within 5 minutes of starting, the rain moved elsewhere and we were able to do lots of pictures indoors and outdoors. The light rain earlier in the day actually did provide us with some nice puddles which created some beautiful reflections. All in all, we had a ton of fun and captured some great images for this awesome couple! We can’t wait to see them again on their wedding day!.

Beautiful bridal event held at the gorgeous Villa Adriana estate in Tampa, Florida. Villa Adriana makes a wonderful location for any wedding. The mansion itself is very elegant and allows for some very dramatic and beautiful photo opportunities. The pool and expansive grounds overlook an amazing lake view which again makes for very beautiful backdrops to the wedding ceremony or formals. For weddings you can put up a tent next to the house for your reception. The amazing tent on this day was magically lit up in a variety of changing colors after the sunset which looked amazing. The tent was beautifully decorated with many little tropical palms and each table had an amazing arrangement of flowers. The DJ provided great music and the up-lighting. The food was amazing!! Catering By Robert always provides incredibly tasty food. Our favorite is always their massive paella which is loaded with tons of shrimp, scallops, sausage, and mussels. There were also many great side dishes to complement the main dish. And of course, to finish of the meal Sweet Tweets Cakery provided many amazing treats!
