Ybor wedding | Don Vicente de Ybor Historic Inn | Tampa wedding photographers

The following are some of our favorite images from the wedding we photographed on September 24th at the Don Vicente de Ybor Historic Inn. We were super excited prior to the wedding because the bride and groom shared our love of photography and had allocated extra time for some outdoor pictures. On the morning of the wedding, the forecast was for 50% chance of rain. Since it had rained a lot the day before, we were really worried that we might not be able to photograph at all of the great locations that we had found while scouting for this wedding. When we arrived in Ybor several hours before (we always like to arrive very early) we started to see dark clouds starting to form. We said some prayers and were incredibly grateful when the clouds dissipated and allowed us to photograph everywhere we had planned. As experienced Tampa wedding photographers, we always scout and prepare in advance for each and every wedding. This always allows us to come up with great image ideas that will fit into the time allocated for us to capture our art. As you will see, the Don Vicente and the surrounding area in Ybor City, offer some amazing backgrounds. We love to photograph in Ybor and especially at the Don Vicente, where the staff is incredibly accommodating.

Sneak Peek! | Don Vicente wedding | Tampa wedding photographers

Sneak peek of the beautiful wedding we photographed at the gorgeous Don Vicente de Ybor Historic Inn. We absolutely love to photograph at this hotel. This couple was amazing, allowing us to photograph their formals for much longer than the average wedding. As professional Tampa wedding photographers, we love it when couples value their photography so much and allocate extra time for us to focus on getting them some really beautiful images. Military wedding | U.S. Army | St. Petersburg wedding photographer

The following images are from a beautiful wedding we photographed recently. The ceremony took place at the Wireman Chapel, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The reception took place at a beautiful reception hall at Eckerd College. The location was beautiful with the Chapel being surrounded by gorgeous lakes on both sides. As we left the ceremony, we were worried that it was about to rain. The clouds looked threatening and it looked like a major downpour was about to happen. Luckily, it didn’t and instead of rain we were treated to an absolutely gorgeous rainbow which made for some very unique and lovely images.

The bride and groom had lots of family in attendance, many of them visiting from as far away as Venezuela. It was so nice to see everyone enjoying this special day. The dance floor was packed all night long, and everyone really enjoyed the music and entertainment provided by DJ Felix. As you can see, it was a beautiful wedding and everyone had a great time!

Florida destination wedding | Siesta Key, Florida | Sarasota wedding photographer

More images from the destination wedding we had the privilege of photographing recently. The wedding took place in beautiful Siesta Key beach, which is located south of Tampa Bay and close to Sarasota, Florida. Everyone had flown down from Pennsylvania and was enjoying our great beaches and sunshine. Surprisingly enough, it was actually cooler in Florida than in the Northeast, where the entire region was enduring a hotter than normal summer and some sweltering heat. Early in the afternoon it was very hot, but luckily soon after the ceremony, the clouds rolled in and after some light rain, really cooled things off nicely and made for a very pleasant afternoon/evening.

As experienced Tampa wedding photographers we really enjoy photographing beach weddings. Siesta Key in particular offers lots of great locations. Beautiful sand dunes, boardwalks and the gorgeous beach and Gulf of Mexico make for some really great photo opportunities. Below are just a few of our favorite images from this beautiful and fun wedding.
