Video – One year anniversary session – Tampa wedding photographer

We have been so busy over the past six months that we just now realized that although we posted images of this amazing photo session, we forgot to upload the video slideshow. For this session, we photographed throughout the downtown Tampa area. We started off at the Curtis Hixon Park which is located right next to the Glazer Children’s Museum and the new Tampa Museum of Art. After taking some amazing shots there, we headed over to another part of downtown, before finishing our our Tampa shots at the amazing Sacred Heart Catholic Church. From there we crossed the bay to photograph some beautiful sunset images at Honeymoon Island State Park located in Dunedin, Florida.

As Tampa wedding photographers, we are so lucky to have so many beautiful locations at our disposal. We had a lot of fun spending the afternoon with David and Danielle. We loved the fact that we got the chance to mix some cool urban images with the romantic photos we captured at sunset. We look forward to working with David and Danielle sometime in the future.

Sneak peek!! Dunedin engagement session – www.evaphotostudio.com

We recently photographed a beautiful engagement session.   It was a very HOT afternoon!! You can definitely tell that summer is here.  Luckily, there were quite a few clouds in the  sky and every few minutes they would float in front of the sun and provide a little bit of relief!  Even though the weather was hot, Shawn and Michele were very cool!  We had a lot of fun walking around downtown and taking them to some of the great spots that we had scouted for them prior to the shoot.

Proud member of PPA and WPPI – Tampa wedding photographer

Even though we were recently recognized as one of the top 5% of wedding photographers, we continually strive to offer the highest quality images and best possible experience for our customers.  To achieve that goal, Eva Photo Studio is a proud member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International).   These associations provide a wealth of important information that help us stay up to date on all of the latest developments in the photography industry, particularly those that relate to wedding and portrait photography.  We subscribe to some of the most influential magazines in the industry (Rangefinder, Professional Photographer).  These magazines contain a lot of information on what other world famous photographers and photo studios are doing to provide an unforgettable client experience. Whatever we aren’t already doing, we try to incorporate into our own daily process.

An additional benefit of being a member of these professional associations is the opportunity to participate in their annual photography conventions.  These conventions offer many classes that are given over the course of several days and range in topics from Marketing, Photoshop, Lighting techniques, album design and many others.  These are a great opportunity to stay on the cutting edge of the latest tools and techniques that we can implement right away to improve the look of our images.  These conventions also have trade shows where all of the best vendors in the industry display their latest products and offerings.  From camera and lens manufacturers (Canon, Nikon, Sigma, Tamron, Sony), the best album manufacturers (GraphiStudio, Finao, PictoBooks), and the best photo labs in the nation (Black River Imaging, Bay Photo, H&H Color Lab, Nations Photo Lab), we are always impressed at the vast array of new and exciting products that they present every year.  Being able to try out and examine all of the latest technology and products allows us to stay at the forefront of the industry.  It can be expensive to fly out to Las Vegas for a week but we see this as an investment in the future and in our clients.  All of this hard work and investment allows Eva Photo Studio to be one of the best Tampa wedding photographers and we will continue to push to get even better!

Czech Republic – Summer 2010 vacation – www.evaphotostudio.com

Even though we arrived from our European summer vacation almost a month ago, we haven’t had too much time to post any of our pictures from the trip. We have been so busy with several client photo shoots and processing those images, that we just hadn’t had time to review our trip images and post our favorite ones. Today, we decided to make some time. So we made ourselves a nice cappuccino and sat down to review our trip pictures. Here are some of our favorites. Ermy & Vongkoth – Honeymoon Island engagement – Dunedin engagement photographer

Just finished working on the engagement photos for Ermy and Vongkoth. You would never know it from these pictures but it poured almost the entire drive down to Honeymoon Island State Park. We really thought that we would have to reschedule for another day. But, about thirty minutes prior to the start of our session, the rain stopped, the sun shone brightly and we had a gorgeous blue sky and some great clouds to really make for some great backgrounds! We had so much fun photographing their engagement session. Had a great time talking about where they will be going on their honeymoon and how we all can’t wait for their wedding day! We have compiled our favorite images and made the following video presentation. Enjoy!

Renee and Kenneth wedding – Dunedin wedding photographer

This is one of our favorite pictures from the wedding we photographed for Renee and Kenneth.  They got married at St. Mark Lutheran Church, which is very close to the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island State Park. Renee and Kenneth were so easy to work with and were very relaxed during the entire wedding.
